Be My Wellness Retreat 2026
Creating a different kind of customer experience — one built around movement, wellbeing, lifestyle and meaningful human connection.
Beyond the traditional dealership environment.
BMW Menlyn partnered with The Team Marketing Agency to shape a premium wellness experience that could connect with its community in a more human way. Rather than making the vehicle showroom the whole story, the experience used wellbeing and lifestyle as the invitation to spend meaningful time with the brand.
BMW Menlyn publicly positions customer experience as a core focus, while its public event pages show the dealership hosting wellness-led customer initiatives. The Team's supplied project brief frames this retreat as an immersive programme designed around community, movement and connection.
Wellness as a brand journey.
The creative idea treated wellness not as a single class, but as a sequence of moments. Movement created energy. Restorative experiences created pause. Refreshments, partner touchpoints and gifting extended the experience beyond the workout itself.
The programme documented in The Team's brief included Pilates, yoga, sound healing, massage, flower experiences, breakfast and refreshment stations, brand partnerships, goodie bags and community engagement.

A connected experience, not a collection of activities.
- Experience concept and event coordination
- Wellness programming and partner integration
- Guest journey and community engagement
- Brand touchpoints, gifting and hospitality moments
- Content-friendly environments and event storytelling
A more human expression of the BMW experience.
The retreat demonstrates how an automotive brand can create relevance outside the expected product conversation. By bringing people together around movement and wellbeing, the experience gave the brand a setting for genuine interaction, lifestyle relevance and memorable community connection.
Project figures supplied in The Team Marketing Agency’s September 2026 website brief: 130 women hosted; core audience aged 30–50; three vehicle sales reported through the experience (BMW 1 Series, MINI Cooper and BMW X3). These are agency-reported outcomes.
